Gemma Kelly is a qualified Art Psychotherapist specialising in neurodivergent children and adolescents aged 5-17 years, and in supporting those who have experienced complex and developmental trauma. Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, and neuro-affirming approaches, and she tailors therapy to each child’s individual needs, pace, and communication style. Gemma is also a Therapeutic Life Story Work Practitioner and offers Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)–informed support to parents and professionals. Through art-making, she provides a creative and containing space to explore experiences that may be difficult to express in words. Included here if there is enough word limit: Before training as an Art Psychotherapist at the University of Roehampton, she brings over 20 years’ experience from related roles supporting vulnerable individuals.
